42 year old father of 2 & husband of 1 ;)

I had success before I my own, but recent weight gain and a reccomendation from my sister has brought me here.
On average I work 52 hrs a week with an night turn (5pm to 5am) every 3 weeks. It creates a eating and proper sleep challenge. I cannot lose the last 15lbs at all.

    You will do well, just keep tracking. Be honest (the app doesnt care) and use the information to tweek any problems that u encounter.
    Reading ur post I would recommend that you meal plan. Pack lunch and snacks. U work a lot so you dont want to end up famished.
    I was told to eat something within 30 mins of rising, which was new for me. I would often not eat untill mid day. Seems to have helped in my case. I limit sugar and white flour. Or at least I try! Try to walk 20mins a day minimum.
