    I'm having 1 c skim milk and 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder blended with 1/2 c fresh raspberries....Tastes pretty good, too!:happy:

    Extremely tired this morning, so I just went for Nature Valley Honey and Oat bars 190 calories at about 7:30 ish now I am drinking hot cinnamon Tea.... bad thing is I don't have splenda so I had to use lots of surgar:frown:
