What cardio exercises can I do with a TPF?

So, apparently I have a tibial plateau fracture, I've been on it for about 2 years. Long story short it was intermittent so I just got it checked out.
I'm struggling because of my activity level our lack there of now. What cardio exercises are recommended? I've read that swimming is a good, but not possible.

Did you ask your ortho doc or whoever is supervising your treatment?0

Swimming or biking (no coming out of the saddle) would be safe.0

You should really ask your doc about physical therapy, but I do know that when I had a broken knee toward the end of PT, I was put on a bike and allowed to cycle, so that is most likely safe.0
