Starting again...

I seem to go through cycles of motivation and then disappointment when I don't see results (I'm probably not patient enough).
I want to lose weight for my health and to improve my confidence. I'm Hoping to avoid the scale as I used to have an eating disorder and will keep track of my progress through how my clothes fit and improved fitness.
Wish me luck! Would appreciate any advice or support! :)

    Good for you! It's easier said than done...but think of food as your friend, it's energy to get through the day.

    Patience is key and having a a friend or 2 that will keep you focused will help. Feel free to add, diary is public and I'm active on the feeds.
