Hi does anyone here compete in bodybuilding? I'm competing in the bikini category in a few weeks and would any advice on peak week would be greatly appreciated!
Its my first competition and I've been reading a lot of conflicting advice on water and sodium manipulation and would be cool to hear from anyone on here that has competed (any category or sex)
Thanks

I compete in women's bodybuilding. It's actually best to test the water and sodium manipulation out before getting to peak week. You may find if you are lean enough you don't need that at all. Most people find that increasing carbs the day before or two days before the show gives great results without doing the crazy water manipulation stuff. Sadly, many people don't do test runs before peak week and end up squishy on stage (I was one of many).0

Thank you. I'll give it a trial run this week and see how I react to it!0
