Post Hysterectomy

I had a full hysterectomy a couple of years ago and have gained over thirty pounds. I will be fifty this year and am determined to lose this weight. I could really use some friends on here.

    I had mine 7 years ago and gain 50 lbs. I will be 40 in October and have been told to get the weight off. So I am starting to push myself and would love to have a accountability partner.
