Needing motivation!

Hi, I'm Macy. I have been using this app for 15 days now. I have since lost 2 pounds by walking, and doing my best to cook at home. I have loved it so far, but my issue is being busy with school and work. I have noticed I am losing a bit of motivation and I don't want to go back to my old habits (eating whatever I want and no exercise). What I'm looking for is some support and motivation!

I recieved a message saying "it doesn't look like you need to lose weight." Not sure how someone could determine that just from one pic, but I am overweight for my age and height. So please don't think that just because I don't "look" like I need to lose weight that I actually don't. Trust me, I wish I didn't but that wouldn't be the truth. I want to be healthy and feel good about myself again. Motive me!0

You can do anything. Everyone has busy schedules just have to make tome for it. Maybe try to prepare your meals on sunday then take a cooler(weird i know) with you and have it there at all times. As for working out make time for it. Going a few times is better then none. You can add me on here and I will try my best to motivate you on the roght path0 -
