Favorite bone-in pork chops recipes?

Looking for something different than just spiced and grilled... I made some tasty pork chops with onions and apples not too long ago but would like to try something else.

Any suggestion?

I use this chili lime marinade on pork chops all the time. Either grill or pan fry and serve with rice, black beans, and sauteed vegetables with some cumin and chili powder.

Since I'm half Puerto Rican I tend to equate pork chops with dishes like these.

I make crockpot pork chops. They are just pork chops, a can of cream of chicken and a package of dry brown gravy with some water.You can also add dry ranch but, I stopped because the sodium was unbelievable. Didn't change the taste too much. Cook 3-4 hrs. I usually have mashed potatoes with them but, you could do any kind of veggies because the gravy with them is amazing.

Honey mustard. Equal parts honey to your favorite mustard. Baked, grilled or fried. Delish.
