Heya,

I'm new on MFP. I've recently started my journey to being healthy and happy with my body. I'm not expecting any miracles, I'm in this for the long term and would absolutely love to make some friends on this site to encourage and motivate each other. My mantra to keep me going is 'look good, feel good'.

Let's be in this togetherxxx
