anyone tried these only 3g of carbs per bar. Any good on keto??

    can't answer the keto question but I had a box of some sort of caramel flavor Grenade bars recently. They were actually pretty good. Very candy bar-ish. Reminded me of the Musclepharm Combat Crunch bars which are also very good.
