Due to being single I do a lot of meal prep and batch cooking, so I don't always buy the same things from week to week but a fairly normal list for me is

    Apples
    Bananas
    Green/Yellow Onions
    Avocado
    Bagged salad
Shredded Cheese of some kind (usually mozzarella)
    Sweet potatoes
    Cucumbers
    Hummus
    Blueberries/Raspberries
    Greek Yogurt
    Cream for Coffee (5%)
    Coffee Pods/K Kups
    Tortilla Wraps/Sandwich Thins
    Can of black beans
    Spaghetti sauce
    Pasta of some kind
    Chia seeds
    Chocolate chips
    Rolled Oats
    Bell peppers
    Frozen spinach
    Tequila habanero BBQ sauce
    Brown rice
    Chili powder
    Salsa
Either dozen eggs, or carton of egg whites (being single I can't eat both fast enough)
    Tomatoes
    Canned tuna
    Laughing cow

    Costco
Chicken breast/thighs (rotate from stock up to stock up)
    Ground beef
    Peanut butter
    Vanilla protein powder
    Ground turkey
    Salmon (sometimes)
    Steak

Sometimes there's very specific things I buy based on what I'm meal prepping for the next week, or an exciting recipe I want to try (for example, this week I will be buying ricotta cheese which I never buy) but those are usually staples for me.

Heading to the stores this morning to pick up a few things. I don't eat any special way and just buy what I like :) I also eat very repetitively during the week and then eat out a lot during Friday-Sunday. And then I also do a chicken, bacon salad at Subway one or two times during the week.

-brown and white rice (on a rice kick right now and eating it daily)
-bags of frozen veggies (I don't mess with fresh vegetables right now because it's off season)
-pork (to add to the rice and veggies, with soy sauce)
-chicken breasts (will shred and add to the rice and veggies, along with sweet n sour sauce)
    -flavored pretzels
    -diet soda
-few containers of 100 calorie Greek yogurt
    -quick oats
    -walnuts
    -bananas
-bag of frozen blueberries (I'm not a fan of fruit, I can tolerate bananas and blueberries in my oats though)
-frozen, wild caught salmon (Aldi has this for Cheap!)
    -mushrooms

Menu will be rice/veggie/meat stirfrys, oat bowls (loaded with walnuts, flax seed, fruit etc), and then fish and veggies. Snacks are pretzels and yogurt.

My husband and kids eat differently than I do/different meal schedule, so I'll also be getting things for them, not listed.

Mine is always just a few things, because it's just my s/o and I and we just buy whatever we're out of. But our staples:

    Skim Milk
    Eggs
    Onions
    Potatoes
    Pasta
    Spicy Pasta Sauce
    Lemon Juice
    Kraft Parm Cheese
    Beans
    Rice
    Ground turkey or chicken
Chicken (Whatever the cheapest cut is at sam's club or market basket)
Steak (If there's any on sale at Market Basket, usually try to spend <$5 on that)
Pork Shoulder (Same thing, if on sale)
    Fresh Spinach
    zucchini
    Frozen veggies
A giant tin of coffee from Sam's club (me and my bf go through multiple 12 cup pots a day... we could never switch to keurig, we'd go broke.)
Instant oatmeal packets (whatever flavors I'm feeling like, I go for the 3/$5 deal and it lasts me over 2 weeks of breakfasts)
