I'm trying to figure out what results women see and what their plan of attack is.

What is your height/age and number of pounds you're trying to lose?
How many calories do you NET per day?
And how many pounds are you losing a week?

My height is 5'5" I'm 26 and I'm trying to lose about 100 lbs.

I average about 1300 calories per day based off my active life style, I have two boys who always have me moving.

On average I have lost about 2 lbs per week. Sometimes that fluctuates between the most of 5 lbs. to the lowest of 1lb.

I'm 5' 3", 43 y.o., have lost 70 lbs. over the past 15 months; I'd like to lose another 10 lbs. for buffer.
Until last month I used the sedentary level of macros with 1 lb./week weight loss with good results (1340 - 1220 cal., depending). Right now I'm on the sedentary level of macros with 0.5 lb./week weight loss (1280 cal.) because maintenance is 1350 cal. and I find that terrifying right now. Good luck!

I'm 5'4", 31, currently 134 and started at 162 a year ago. My net calories are 1320 but my daily total is more like 1600-2000 depending on activity (and if I decide to go over/have a 'maintenance day'). I lose .5-1lb/week.

My plan of attack has been slow and steady. I've enjoyed myself on trips and holidays, eat at maintenance when I feel the need to (for example, during PMS time), and got blindsided in January when I suffered a bad knee injury and then surgery. I have another surgery and subsequent recovery to look forward to soon, but I'm still here and working at it!

    I'm 5'5", 26, currently 124-125lbs. I lift 5x/week + 2 HIIT sessions + 1 optional plyo/conditioning day. Otherwise, I have a desk job. I maintain around 2150 and cut at around 1850 to lose relatively slowly.

I'm 5'4.75". I have my goal set to 1300 and I eat back most of my fitbit adjustment. According to my fitbit I burn around 1900-2100 per day and I usually eat 1400-1600 per day. I am losing at a rate of 1.4 pounds per week.

5'0'', 22 years old. Currently 185 lbs, down from 215 while eating 2000-2200 a day. I cry if I eat below 2000, but alas the curse of being a tiny person!

I'm 5'2", 37, trying to lose 70 lbs, am at just over 1400 daily losing .5 lb per week.
I tried going for 1 lb per week, but the calories were so low I was becoming cranky, starving, and depressed. I am doing decently well on 1400. Some days I do feel hungry, so I allow myself to go over a little. I usually grab a medium sized apple, and that does the trick.

I'm 5'1 and the daily goal is 1350 but most days I have trouble eating that many calories a day. I'm a vegetarian on a Low Carb High Protein/Fat diet so I have to plan my meals a bit more carefully. I'm also starting to workout again and I don't eat back the calories burn from the gym.

I'm 5'4" 38 yrs old and 127.5 lbs. I started at 164 lbs 7 months ago. I have a Fitbit so I don't look at the net calories, I eat a daily average of 1,300-1,400 gross calories and burn a daily average of 1,900 per Fitbit. I eat at maintaince or a little above once a week unless it's a holiday like my birthday week coming up, then I do an entire maintaince week of 1,900 daily average. I've been losing anywhere from 0.5 to 1.2 lbs a week depending on sodium/carb intake before my weigh in day. I prefer to eat more some days and less others as long as my weekly daily average stays at 1,300-1,400 I lose.

5'4" - almost 46 years old - currently 123lbs... not sure how much more I want to lose so I set goal at 0,5 lbs per week and will reassess if I hit 120lbs. My current Calories are around 1450 without exercise. I find that eating 1500-1600 Calories ensures that I am not hungry and am able to hit my macros and micros with few issues.

I'm 26 years old at 5'3". My goal for this year is to lose 20 more pounds. I have my goals set to about .5 lbs/week, putting my calorie goal at 1640, with a sedentary setting. I typically eat back most of my exercise calories to get back up to the "net" of 1600ish.

To date I've hit a total loss of 27 pounds since I started using MFP back in January of 2015. I'm not always the most diligent on staying within my calorie goals, but that's ok with me. Slow and steady will get me to where I want to be.

I'm 5'5", 60 y/o, hypothyroid (well-controlled with meds), SW 183 April 2015, CW around 120. I lost most of the 60+ pounds at around 1400-1500 net, eating back all (conservatively-estimated) exercise calories. Exercise has been anywhere 200-500+ most days, probably around 250-300 has been typical 4-6 days/week. I row (on water & machine), spin, bike, have walked some, lifted off & on recently (on hiatus now, fighting some musculo-skeletal old-lady issues), do a little yoga/stretching most days. Rowing is the biggie, especially in the on-water season.

I've eaten as low as 1200 net (not for long - too low), and my current goal is 1800 net (trying to zero in on my maintenance calories; I was still losing slowly at 1700 net). MFP materially underestimates my calorie needs; I have no idea why. I'm ovo-lacto vegetarian (since 1974), and mostly cook from scratch.

My loss rate started out in the 2lb/week range, and I deliberately reduced it gradually as I got closer to goal, going to 1lb/week at about 20 above my initial goal, and 0.5lb/week at about 10 pounds above my revised goal, then slowing pretty quickly after that to try to coast into maintenance. I've weighed & logged food like it was a religion.

My initial goal - which I knew was provisional - was 130, but I reduced that to 125 when 130 got close, then started monitoring how I felt/looked after that. I'd like to land in the low 120s, i.e., I'm slightly on the light side right now.

I'm 31, 5'4" and currently eating around 1400-1500 per day. It usually ends up netting less than that because of my workouts, but I don't eat many calories back. Been losing 1-1.5 lbs per week.

When I thought I was done the first time I was maintaining at around 1800-2000 per day with workouts (not eating any back).

5'5" and 59 years old. I shoot for 1200 and don't eat back any exercise calories. I'm losing about 2 lbs. a week, down from 245 to 193. Mild exercise, nothing heroic.

5'0" and I eat between 1400-1500 per day. I'm not really looking to lose weight (120lbs) just to tone the bejesus out of my body. I lift really heavy and if I still feel hungry I try to snack on veggies/fruit to help satisfy without derailing my progress.

I was 34, 5'5", ate 1650-1700 the whole time (not eating exercise calories). Lost 80 pounds that way, exercising 6 days a week... 1 to 1.5 pound a week until the last 10 pounds (that was MUCH slower). I maintain at 2200.

I weigh my food so I know it's mostly accurate.
