Hi im Judy hoping to keep going good with this program im 2 days into it and seem to be doing well so far and i love how i can track my food and excercise and its easy to do both of those things and quick. Glad to get started on this though because ive struggled with my weight my whole life and i realy need to lose alot of this excess baggage on my body for health reasons and so i can live a longer life to be with my kids......wish me luck!!

Good luck. You can do it. This is the best site and phone app. I also have struggled with weight my entire life. I started this May 16 and have lost over 16 lbs so far. It make it fun and takes the work out of tracking calories, etc. Best of luck to you. Feel free to add me to your list JARSWALK0
