Hi everybody i am just looking for some more friends that would like some support and any help. I have been doing this for 2 weeks so far and i am more motivated each day to do this. I walk/ go to gym for exercise and am on track of my calorie content. Hope to hear from you soon

You are doing a great job! I have tried MFP before but without friends. I ended up quitting. I started back up almost 3 weeks ago now and this time I'm adding friends I did not realize how much having friends on here would help me. It's great to have the support, motivation and accountability! When I started this time I was at 244. I have lost about 13lbs so far and have around 65lbs to lose. Feel free to add me0
