hello everyone, my name is Tammantha Shaw, and Im just joined, Im hope it works and keeps track of my activity and especially eating habits, Im catching hell trying to maintain and eating healthy meals. i been walking, lifting weights, and swimming. if anyone have any idea of receipes that I can used, please share them with me. Welcome and good luck. Weight lifting is something I haven't really started. It seems to be quite common from people on this site. I've done it in the past and I know its part of a healthy life style. Body pump once in a while doesn't quite cut it.0
