hi, I have just recently got MFP and am new to this however I have been trying to lose weight for my tae kwon do competitions coming up and keep a track off weight usually and have noticed when I try lose the weight I lose a lot over a short period of time ( e.g 5kg in a week )

When I watch what I eat I make sure I am always eating enough so I'm full but still don't make up my recommended calories for the day.

A lot of people say it's unhealthy to lose that m in a short period of time, what's ur thoughts ?
And
Has anyone got any good, clean food ideas to help get my calories in ?

It's hard to say anything without knowing how many calories you're eating. However, I will say this; hunger satiety has absolutely nothing to do with getting in the appropriate amount of calories your body needs.

11 lbs in a week is alot, but it also depends on where you are in your weight loss. If it's your first couple of weeks, much of that could be water. From here on, I would really focus on getting the right amount calories in. You should not only be eating to your goal, but also a portion of your exercise calories. You need to keep your body fueled enough to keep up those tae kwon do works out. If you don't, you're not going to be winning any competitions. You'll be too fatigued and feel weak.

Eat foods that are more calorie dense. Things like nuts, cheeses, etc.

When you initially start, you will lose quite quickly at the beginning before it evens out.

Don't be concerned about it, a lot will be water weight being shed.

Thanks for the advice guys, I have previously tried to lose weight before and I dropped 5 kg in my first week then after that dropped 2.5-3.5 kg a week after that for 4 weeks, currently I'm 93kg and try to eat around 2,000calories a day and I do between 2-3.5 hours of training a day 7 days a week. I have a cheat meal once a week to stay motivated.

Again thanks for the help :)
