I am currently doing the Every other day diet or Alternate day diet and looking for others to add as friends for suggestions and support! Anyone else doing these right now?

    I really thought you were talking about ADD...attention deficit disorder. I was trying to figure out what EODD stood for, lol!

    You might try searching for Intermittent Fasting and or 5:2 (5:3 can be EODD).
