need to lose 25 pounds by july month end. have lost 25 in 2 months and not moving from 195 pounds. help

    Don't give up. Just keep eating healthy and working out. Sometimes your metabolism needs to catch up. Don't get discouraged. I've lost 50 lbs as of yesterday and I had many times since Feb. when I started my healthy diet where I was discouraged because my weight loss leveled off. But I just kept doing the same thing and it would kick back in. Sometimes I'd intensify my workout also. Good luck!!
