What's for breakfast ??? Needing help with this stuff

One-minute quick oats (actually takes 2 minutes to nuke them, gotta question that name...) made with almond milk, with 1/2 c of blueberries and a tbsp. of honey added, and a whey protein drink mixed in a glass of water. That will hold me until lunch at noon.0
