I made this the other day and it was so good that I had to share.
Ingredients:
1 T olive oil
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
12 ounces ground pork
2 T fish sauce
1 package kelp noodles
Saute the diced onion and minced garlic in the olive oil for a few minutes. Throw in the pork and cook until done. While this is happening, rinse the kelp noodles under running water. Add the fish sauce and kelp noodles and cook for another 5-10 minutes. This makes 4 servings at less than 300 calories.

I like them. They are no replacement for pasta, but they are good in Asian dishes. You have to rinse them and then throw them into the dish you're making and cook for a while so they absorb the flavor of the sauce.0
