    Yes, majorly. The cheeks look thinner, although it is hard to be sure since you are smiling in one and sort of frowning in the next, but your midsection shrank dramatically. Good job!

    Thank all of you!!! It feels good when other people notice the difference I cant really tell looking in the mirror or anything ..... until i see the pictures. I try to wear the same shirt everytime. At first this shirt was way too tight to put on but now its comfortable to wear. Still have a lot to lose but im think i am well on my way. If anyone wants to be friends please feel free to add me.

    my rings are getting loose. i have ring sizers on the back to hold them on so i dont loose them.
