I'll enthusiastically support you from the audience. . As for myself. . I just don't think I can ever be competitive. . For starters, there's no razor strong enough. .0 -

What is your diet going to be like? I'm busy trying to drop my last 7lb in 5 weeks so any tips would be appreciated.
I'm currently having around 2000 calories a day made up with mostly protein and fats. The only carbs I'm having at the moment are the milk in my tea and the odd rice cake0 -
You need carbs but good carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes etc.
Try almond milk instead of regular milk.1 -

I'm curious why you suggest these, especially the almond milk thing. If someone isn't lactose intolerant there's really no reason to switch. The whole reason bodybuilders and other competitors drop milk towards the end of prep is to reduce the chance of bloating. Same with the carbs. Plus, if you buy almond milk it needs to be the fortified kind or there's no calcium and calcium has many studies showing it can aid in fat loss.0 -
There is calcium in almond milk0

Only fortified almond milk.0 -
Ok so it's not a good source of calcium.
He didn't complain of no calcium. I'm not a expert just trying to help him cut fat and calories. He's a grown man he can do what he wants .
