Eat what you like, just smaller portions OR if you can't do that, make simple swaps like reduced fat dairy instead of full fat and maybe find other preparations - instead of deep frying, pan fry or bake, etc.

You don't have to eat fish.

If you like simple foods make them. Do you mean simple like in terms of "whole foods" like grilled chicken, whole steamed/roasted veggies, whole fruits, etc or do you mean something else ? What do you normally prepare and how?

It's a lot easier to log simple foods than foods all mixed together, so you have the advantage already.

What foods do you like to eat? What do you consider "healthy" foods.
    Cook food individually. :)

I'm an extraordinarily picky eater when I'm cooking for myself. (If someone else is making the food, I'll eat whatever is put in front of me, albeit reluctantly.) I just cook what I know I like, but less of it. My diet is mostly pasta, slow cooker stuff, and microwave meals. Super easy.

You gave almost no information so it is hard to help. What foods do you like to eat? Eat those in appropriate portions.
Do you eat vegetables? Chicken? Beans?
Are you willing to try new things or new ways of preparing foods?
I find food ideas on pinterest.

Pick lean beef cuts or chicken breast. Marinate for flavor. Grilling is good! Measure small portions of starches. Eat large portions of low calorie salads and roasted or microwaved veggies such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, and cabbage.

Ha, if it was that easy, don't you think people would do that?

I've found that I try to incorporate more natural foods, vegetables that I do like, minus potatoes (starch), and lean meats. I use Pintrest alot and look at paleo meals. Eating salads, with no dressing, took a while for me. I started out by eating what I liked, subbing in healthier options. Like ground turkey for beef, and chicken. I don't like fish, but I like shrimp.
