Today i hit the mark of losing 50 pounds :smile:
Started at 15st 7lbs just over a year ago and i am now 11st 13lbs.
All done through healthier eating, HIIT sessions 4-5 times a week, some free weight's and cut down massively on alcohol.
Target is still 11st 6lbs, and then time to build a bit more muscle.
Thanks to this forum, i have gained a lot of great advice, bust especially my relationship with food changed, which helped me the most.
