Mom of 3 under 6- had 2 cardiac surgeries in 08 (@blations for SVT) but I am cleared to exercise! Overwhelmed and need help! I'm currently 173 lb and want 150 & strong.

Hi. I have been awful logging in lately so couldn't be a mentor but need friends always
was diagnosed recently with SVT and of course ablation mentioned immediately. How often were getting episodes? S 0 -
