Start of a new journey

I am 29 years old and currently weigh 234lbs, i began exercising at the gym 3 times a week in january and have now decided to also manage my calorie intake. My goal is to be 154lbs which is an 80lb loss and i know this is only achievable if i change my lifestyle and bad habits.
