Party tonight!

I'm off to a social event tonight and I already know there are going to be snacks and baked goodies! Any tips to stay on track? I already plan to take a healthy alternative but how do I stay with that especially after I've had a glass of wine! :# Thank you!

    LOL This and maybe do not have the wine or remind yourself that your body has to process the wine from your body first before it will work on any food products thus turning that food you put on top of the wine into FAT. Since you may get buzzed and not remember that tidbit I would just recommend trying to not go crazy on food tonight or just work out before going to party and tomorrow! Most of all just have fun!

    Eat a balanced meal/snack before you go. Do not go hungry.

    I try to eat less or lower calorie meals during the day so I have extra calories for dinner... or I 'bank' calories all week so I have an extra 700 calories to spend that day. Then enjoy myself but still only eat things that I really love.
