hi All, I've downloaded this app on my computer made an account but never used this..through my work I've done another health app..i now want to start using this one!
so... I've logged my weight, height etc..but how do i know the right amount of calories i should be consuming?if I'm correct, it says only 1,220 calories! doesn't that seem low?? i cannot find the icon, if you will,to start over again and re navigate... thanks!

    If you change the rate at which you want to lose weight it will increase your recommended calorie intake

    You also gain calories back for exercising so then you can eat more :#

    Weight loss rate, activity level and your current weight/height/age/sex will determine what calorie goal MFP gives you. This should have been plastered on the setup page:
    If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 15-25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
    If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.
