I'm not trying to maintain my weight at 185 either..I still want to lose at least 50 more pounds. I'm aware of my actions, and working hard to change that..so far, I have slowly improved. I'm just wondering if anyone else has been in the same boat like me for a few months..where weight loss has kind of stalled. Anyone?

    Yes! It's a little frustrating, but I figure I'm good as long as I don't gain :)

me too, my own fault, I do well for 2 weeks then fall off the wagon for the next... Vacations, parties, etc etc... I keep gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. Gotta get motivated!! Good luck to you, you can do it :)

I have been up and down a few pounds for 6 months...it does get irritating, especially with cravings.

Yes it has before I came to MFP... I stayed at 188 for about 5 months or so but it was my fault :embarassed: I was working out just about everyday but my eating habits weren't too well. I basically maintained for those months until I came here and slowly but surely I lost another 14lbs. It sucked but to me all that matters is that I didnt give up completely and got back on the horse

    Better than gaining lol...

I've been losing and gaining the same weight since February so that makes almost 4 months for me. I joined my Fitness Pal as an approach to get past this dreaded cycle I am in. So far it is working. I am getting a lot of support and good information from other successfull people. I have started trying different foods and getting in more exercise. I am logging everything that I eat whether its good or bad. My goal is to reach the 50lb mark by July 4th..

I haven't made an progress either for at least 6 months, but I haven't been trying either. There has been a lot of 'celebrating' as we've been traveling for my husbands job. And then as soon as we get home, it's off to visit family that we haven't seen in almost a year. So I won't be back home and back to normal until September.
