Really needing some tips to stay motivated

I recently completed p90x3 and lost 16 pounds and 5% body fat. But now I'm starting to fall back into old habits with poor eating and binging. I wake up telling myself I'm going to eat good. I used to go to the gym 6 days a week but now I'm going back to 3 or 4 days a week. Does anyone have any tips to keep me motivated ? I'm still wanting to cut about 5% more body fat by the time I go to disney world in may .

Motivation is an overrated emotion...you need discipline...discipline leads to consistency and consistency is what ultimately wins the day. Motivation will always be a come and go emotion...take the emotion out of it. We all do things every single day for which we are not motivated...but we still do them because they need doing. I'm rarely motivated to do the dishes or vacuum the floors or mow the lawn...but I do these things because they need doing and my house would be disgusting otherwise...your body is your house...take care of your hizzy...
It also helps if you find exercise that you enjoy doing. I'm not always 100% motivated to get out on my bike, but for the most part I enjoy riding...so even when I'm not motivated to do so, once I'm out there, all is well usually. If you're hitting the weight room I would suggest a structured, progressive program...hitting new PRs in the weight room is always motivating.0 -
I don't know anything about exercise But I love eating My best tip is to meal plan, and plan for foods and meals you know you like, that also fits with your goals. You shouldn't have to feel "motivated" to eat well. And eating well does not have to mean (or doesn't mean) boring food.0

You've gotten off to a great start, but now it's time to build a fitness regime that you can keep up for the rest of your life. Staying on track and meeting your goals has to lead to general lifestyle changes. Commit to working out 20-30 minutes a day and finding ways to be more active in your every day life. And cwolfman13 is right, find activities you really like, whether that's a particular exercise tape, riding a bike, going for brisk walks, whatever, as long as it gets your heart rate up. Throw in some free weights or pilates for strength and you should be good to go.

Motivation is fleeting. Create a routine and stick to it. Make it realistic so you can feel good about accomplishing it. & slowly build back to what you're ultimate end goal is. You can do it!0

Are you getting enough sleep? Could be a major cause. You have to stick with your goal no matter what but I agree on one of the feedbacks here. Motivation is overrated, because discipline + action really gets you there. Think of it as motivation as the fuel to a car (your goal) but discipline and action are breaks and your driving skills.
If you want to have an accountability buddy, I'd love to help. Could need another fitness buddy to keep me accountable too. I also give motivation bombs that are actionable and digestible on Twitter & Snapchat ☺0 -

So much yes. As others have said, motivation is fickle, fleeting and emotional. What you need to do is make a firm decision to do better in a specific way. By making this decision, you will be compelled to fully accept the consequences of your failure to abide by your decision--and you will be able to enjoy all the wonderful rewards you get when you follow through with the decision you've made. My friends call this mindset of decision-making and discipline "adulting"0
