I weighed 192 lbs and I was totally disgusted with the way I looked.:sad:
I'm within sight of my goal and I will get there!0 -

A year ago today I was about 36 lbs heavier and overweight and uncomfortable with myself......now thanks to MFP and the people here.......I can wear size 8 jeans and feel more confident :drinker: :flowerforyou:0 -
