Where do I start...this is a wonderful place with wonderful people who inspire me and share the same goals in mind. Losing weight is one tough cookie, ah yes cookies lol, our weight is a constant reminder if we are happy with ourselves or not. I know I wasn't back in November being super overweight and pregnant. It really made me depressed. Lucky enough I came back to this site after having my twins and found amazing mfp people to support my weight loss. I'm grateful for each little thing in life to include my family...especially missing my sister and family in Japan. Well here I go with my pictures below, I hope this can inspire or help anyone.
