Hi everyone! I am not new to MFP. I've done all the fad diets and now trying do things the right way. It has been so hard when my weakness is carbs! Just needed the encouragement and support to push forward. Please feel free to add me and to help motivate each other!

    You can do it girl. My weakness are carbs as well but logging my foods on a daily basis and staying within range for carbs/fats/proteins is very helpful here. Stay motivated and consistent and you will see results. Good luck on your journey
