Any Weight Loss Drink Suggestions?

There's always talk about how lemon, cinnamon and honey left in water can help with weight loss, but those ingredients just seem too basic for me and let's be real: That mixture tastes awful.

When I started MyFitnessPal, I drank water and Gold Peak Green Tea and it did SO AMAZING for my weightloss, but I'm looking for a little more. There's this one shop on Etsy that claims to have a great weight loss tea with the ingredients as follows:
♥Guarana
♥Yerba Mate
♥Garcinia Cambogia
♥Siberian Giseng
♥Rooibos Tea
♥Rolled Green Tea
♥Cinnamon

Do you think this mixture could work well? What sort of detox drinks/weight loss drinks help you?

No. There is no short cut. Calorie deficit is what causes weightloss, not "weightloss tea". All they do is make your wallet lighter.

Calorie deficit for weight loss, not some concoction found on the internet. Of course they say it works because they want you to buy it.

I like rooibos tea but only because it's tasty. It does nothing for weight loss, just like any of those other things don't do anything for weight loss.

My owners manual says "water is the only weight loss drink compatible with this model".

Perhaps your model year they downgraded you to require extra flushing? I don't know. Did you get a rebate for the extra flushing required? Seems like they should provide you with that. Honestly I've never know a human that requires "flushing".

Curious: How can you know what "helps" weight loss? And what does it even mean? Have you used those drinks while tracking calories and lost weight despite eating at maintenance or in surplus?

Link please? I'm curious as to how much caffeine the Guarana and yerba mate provides and the cost per ounce. I imagine it's wildly overpriced. I think the only (small) weight loss benefit would be from the caffeine, for which there are cheaper sources.

Never-the-less, you could try it, and then blend it yourself if you like it. I'd get the component ingredients from Frontier.

Although, I see this about guarana:

    https://wholesale.frontiercoop.com/product.html?I=575

Each fruit houses a single seed that contains as much as five times the caffeine as a coffee bean.
Safety Info: Not recommended for excessive or long-term use.

Here's my own weight loss drink. It works because there's so much fiber I stay full for hours and can skip a snack.

Nope, nothing but CICO will make you lose weight.

This tea is a gimmick and you'd be better off just saving your money.
