Back After 2 Years

I first joined MFP years ago. Things got hectic a couple of years ago. It's been over two years since I've logged on. So, I feel like I'm a newbie.

Since my last sign-on, I've moved twice, got a new job, got laid-off, was unemployed, moved again, got a part-time job, and now have a new career..... and a baby boy!

Good news is, in spite of all the hustle & bustle, I did not gain weight. In fact, I lost a pound since my last log on 25 months ago.

So, now I'm back. I'm walking again, mostly pushing a baby stroller around the neighborhood or at the park. My family is going to watch our calories and get in shape. Watch those pounds disappear! Wish us luck.

Best of luck. I don't know if my last couple of years were quite as tumultuous, but I did change jobs and have a baby. Well, my wife had the baby, yet I got the baby weight. What the crap? Anyway, welcome back.

Welcome back! I've had a similar two years with moving across the country twice, getting a masters degree and changing careers. But unlike you, I did end up gaining some weight (boo!). All the best!

Yeah, Icefloes, grad school can put weight on a person. Now it's time to put the degree to use and lose those pounds. :):):):)
