Focus T25 vs TurboFire

Which one helps you lose most weight? I should also mention that time isn't an issue for me(meaning I won't choose T25 just because the workouts are shorter) and I like both coaches.

How much weight you lose depends on your TDEE (calories expended) and how much you eat (calories consumed). So long as calories expended is greater than calories consumed, you lose weight.
It has nothing to do with which exercise program you spend your money on. So choose the one you are most likely to get out of the box and use.0 -
Agree with Firefly.....both programs are going to help you burn calories, so it's just a matter of which program can you sustain doing.
Me personally, I find Chalene Johnson annoying and haven't been able to stomach TurboFire, ChaLEAN Extreme, etc. As far as the programs, TurboFire is way too choreographed and chaotic, and most of the moves don't make sense.. She starts on a move, and before I get the rhythm down and figure out the move, she's on to the next move. I don't need a DVD program to flail around like an idiot.....I can do that just fine by myself.
On the other hand, I enjoy Shaun T's personality and style, and find even though the T25 moves quickly from one move to the next, the moves aren't complex and he's doing each move for 30 - 60 seconds, so you have a second to figure it out.0 -
these two are definitely a personal preference. I burn more calories when I do turbofire because of the length and its cardio heavy, however I don't find myself getting stronger like I did with T25. At the end of the day turbofire has been better because I actually like doing the workouts even though 90 days is taking forever to get through.0

Both are great programs for assisting weight loss if your diet is in check. Like Jeremy said though Chalene is chaotic. T25 is much more structured and easier to follow and is more balanced IMHO.0

TurboFire for weight loss and T25 for building muscle!
I've done both. Wth TF I lost 15lbs and with T25 I lost 9lbs but had so much muscle definition0
