Hie .. If someone could guide me what diet to follow ..tips and tricks .. I have tried high protein low carbs .. I end up binging on carbs .. .. I am trying to loose about 50 lbs as well and I can't seem to make my weight budge . I am eating mostly in the calorie allowance.. It's been a month I can't seem to move my weight after a kilo .. It's frustrating and I really need to lose now ..

There are no tricks. Eat the foods you like (even carbs!) but at a caloric deficit.
Plug your info into MFP. Use the calorie goal it gives you.
Weigh your solid food on a food scale, measure your liquids, and log everything that you eat or drink.

I eat high carb and I don't really binge anymore. Experiment with different eating styles and find one that works for you. Don't try to cut your calories too low either.0

Please follow the prior advice about measuring/weighing carefully. But a kilo in 1 month is a little over 1/2 lb (my conversion!) per week. Which some people set as a goal.0
