Loss of appetite!

I have been dieting about a month and half now and started talking intense exercise classes about 2 weeks ago, ever since I started being more active, my appetite has become really suppressed! Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do to make myself eat more to get to reasonable calorie goal? My limit is 1200.

You should be eating way more then 1200 calories, unless your under 5', you are quite active and you are young. I am 46, 5'2 and eat 1700-1900 calories to lose weight.0

You're probably right. I had my activity level set to sedatary when I first starting using the app and haven't adjusted it to activity level now. Regardless, I would still love to able to eat more.0
