30 Day Shred Day 2

So I started the shred yesterday with today being day 2. Those jumping jacks are killer!

I figured I should post/write down my weight and measurements to compare once I am done.

I plan on taking measurements/weights every 5 days.

    HEY! I"m on day 2 as well and i know a few others who are!! AWESOME!

    Personally, i hate measuring cuz i never know if i'm pulling too tight or have it in the right spot or whathaveyou. So i don't do it. I took before pics and i'll take after pics and i weigh once a week. I wish i could measure but i'm just too neurotic. :laugh:

    Good luck! I'm going to add you if that's okay cuz this is the first time i've ever had friends on here and i'm fnding it incredible!

    awesome! I am excited to complete the shred! I have tried doing the shred before but quit, so hopefully this will give me some accountability and an incentive to keep at it if I see that I am losing inches/weight :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
