I had a look at your diary. I think you're doing great! Your choices are very good and healthy.

I think you'll be fine if you continue like this :)

Personally I would suggest a bit higher protein and lower carbs. I would also suggest tracking sodium.

For me personally I lose much faster the higher i keep my protein. MFP sets it at 15% and it looks like you keep it close to that. I have mine set at 40%. with 108lbs to lose I'd say upping your protein and lowering your carbs will help you lose more fat and less muscle

Sodium can make you retain water, so tracing it can be helpful.

I would also suggest getting a minimum of 8 cups of water a day. Water flushes excess sodium and toxins out of your system.

That looks great - keep it up! The only thing I would suggest, that has really been helping me, is to drink more water, especially on days when you are eating more sodium-rich foods.

Hi Sarah. It's looking good. I'd only make two comments - you seem to be low on protein, so I would look into ways to up that - maybe through nuts, or more chicken/tuna etc. The other comment is on the low fat and diet yoghurts. I tend to find these are full of a lot of additives, and can also be high in sugar, so consider whether you can eat a non-diet product instead. You're often under your calories target so you can "afford" it, but you're also not worryingly low, which is great.

Ooooooh I hadn't looked at your water intake. Definitely try to drink some more. I read it's good to drink half your body weight in ounces.

    I'm aiming for 130 ounces,because I'm around 260 pounds.
