Hey y'all. I'm a returning member to MFP ready to take weight loss and getting healthy more seriously. I'd appreciate any new motivators to add me to help me on my journey. All advice and opinions welcomed! I'd like to lose 100 lbs as my ultimate goal. I started to lose a little weight but then I plateaued. It's a little more difficult because I have hypothyroids but I try to not let that discourage me. One day at a time I suppose.
