Yes M'am! I have been in school for the last few years and have become so sedentary...It is time to get off my butt, get moving again, and be intentional about what I am putting in my mouth! So far this first week has been great...but today starts back to my responsibilities...I am concerned about that challenge but am grateful for tools like MFP to help keep me on track! Yes! 60 lbs should get me at a decent weight, though I think according to BMI charts that would still put me at overweight...but I can't see how LOL.0

I lost 79 lbs between April 2015 and April 2016.
It's totally possible. Just keep your calories In less than your calories Out.
