Friday mini challenge

Today's challenge is: Jumping Jacks
Let's see if we can do 350 of them.
For those of you that have bad knees, if you can't do these then do windmill stretches. It's sorta the same motion.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Wanted to take you up on this, but I don't know what the "bad knee" version is.
Going to try and run 2 miles today, though.. that's always hard for me.

Seems like running would be harder on your knees than jumping jacks. You can search YouTube for windmill stretches and get a general idea. From what I've seen though all the people on YouTube do them with medicine balls which is not the replacement I had in mind. Although, you could do it with weights if you wanted.0 -
