Need some incouragment any help appreciated what do you do to keep motivated

Keep moving. I sit at a desk all day long and then when I get home I hardly ever sit down due to the fact that I have 4 young children. Thank god for them!! They keep me on my toes. Set small goals. Don't try to hit every huge goal you want all at once, you will just turn back to old ways if you don't hit the goal. Use the support of MFP or others around you that give you good vibes. Those who are negative about lots of things will only be problematic for your weight-loss journey.0
