Last week, I was so on point with my dietary needs, and now today...total FLOP! I walked out the house without ANY food, bank card, or cash! And I'm faced with an 8 hour workday! But I'm still determined. I found 1.50 in my purse and am making the best choices I can from our meager snack machine. So peanuts and coffee it is for breakfast. :( Better than that high calorie, high fat candy bar the OLD Brina would have chosen. Good news, I'm down 2 more pounds this week. The scale is moving slow, but I thank God she's moving!!! Going to do my Bari-fit workout this evening after work and enjoy and relaxing water zumba class afterwards! It's MONDAY, but I'm DETERMINED that all will be WELL! Have a FIT week my friends! Decree and DECLARE right now that this week, you will stay ON TRACK and FOCUSED in your dietary, emotional and spiritual needs! We can do this!
