lost 3 pounds! I was told by my endocrinologist to document my calories for three months. Wow, what an eye opener. I eat wayyy too much sugar and I didn't even realize.

I'm so glad to be here!

    Simply change the serving size!

    I didn't realize my sugar intake either. I may have thrown a temper tantrum the first time the app told me "your goal is to stay under xx grams of sugar"
