Anybody else like catfishing on MFP?

            I've cut the spikes off a few saltwater cats, and used them for bull sharks in the keys.
They seem to love them.
I don't think the saltwater ones get very big though, they're more like pests then anything.
I don't think FL has any large fresh water species either, could be wrong though.

            Done a lot of catfishing along an oxbow of the Wabash river in southern Illinois. Spent my summers when I was young running trotlines and chasing jugs in the middle of the night with my cousin. Man I miss those times.0

It's good but my favorite is smaller channel cat covered in cornmeal. For some reason I like whole catfish better than fillets.0 - 
            The Mississippi has some great catfishing around here. But the water temp is below 50 degrees now, so i may be done until spring.
