I am trying to set my goals but not sure what I should list my lifestyle as Sedentary or Lightly Active. The reason for the uncertantity is that I do have an office job for 4 hours a day and sat down but the rest of the time I am on my feet looking after the kids, school run then tidying up the house etc like any other busy mum :flowerforyou:

I would mark it as sedentary so you don't overestimate your daily burn. Then, if you do intense cleaning or housework, you could log that as activity and earn/burn extra calories if you want.

That's probably light activity cause some of the week you are in a office. Think if you are a sports teacher or something like that you would be very active. Hope this helps x

i would go with sedentary.... anything above like cleaning or playing outside with the kids would count as exercise!
