zumba calories- Please Help!

Hello!
I recently started doing zumba & i don't own a HRM. I'm about 210 lbs & do a 45 minute class using the playstation move zumba fitness... I rarely hold back & do everything full out... anyone have any guesstimates as to how many calories I would burn???

Take a look at http://www.zumbacalories.com enter your weight, workout duration & intensity and it will calculate how many calories you have burned based on average metabolic rates0
