Pre-workout out

I don't use a pre-workout, but did look at some online once. That being said, I saw a kid literally flip his *kitten* at the gym. He was all sweaty and couldn't sit still and kept mumbling to himself "should not have taken 2 scoops"(he wasn't a small dude either) It was scary, and quite frankly if I can't read whats on the packaging as far as ingredients go, I'm not gonna it (especially when it comes to something that is gonna make my insides dance) :noway: I legit felt bad for this guy. Maybe try a cup of coffee before you test out a pre workout?0

I used pre workout for the first time today. Was so tired but wanted to hit the gym. Did a lot more than I normally do. Felt good.
I could see where 2 scoops would get ya0 -
I use cellucor C4 extreme. I like it. It definitely helps me get a bit more out of my work outs. My suggestion would be that no matter what pre workout you use, don't take a full dose the first couple times so you can figure out how your body reacts to it. Cheers0

If you want natural, black coffee is a great Vasodialator. I use a GNC line called Go raw. I have used certain ones with a lot of caffeine, and I have a sensitivity to it. So I got a facial twitch for about two weeks with it. So I found the GNC is fairly decent pre workout and doesn't get me too amped. I do enjoy pre workout but you have to balance it. You'll build a tolerance and have take more. It's best to use it for about six weeks, then stop for a couple weeks. Obviously with black coffee you'll be ok. Good luck and keep driving hard in the gym!!!0

I use MuscleTech Shatter. Love it. It's on the strong side without being uber strong. I know..very educated answer.
If it's your first PWO C4 is fine. It's relatively mild but gives you a boost.0
